
Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Ground Beef, drained
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 large Tomato, chopped
- 1 bunch Green onions, sliced
- 1 package (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Tortilla chips
- Optional toppings: Sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce, salsa
Steps
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm Keystone Ground Beef until heated through.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Add warmed beef and toss gently to combine.
- Top with tortilla chips and desired toppings. Serve immediately.
