Beef Taco Salad

Shake up your Taco Tuesday with a beef taco salad made with our fully cooked Keystone Ground Beef—no cooking required! Warm, tasty, and ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Ground Beef, drained
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 1 large Tomato, chopped
  • 1 bunch Green onions, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Tortilla chips
  • Optional toppings: Sour cream, guacamole, hot sauce, salsa

Steps

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm Keystone Ground Beef until heated through.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Add warmed beef and toss gently to combine.
  3. Top with tortilla chips and desired toppings. Serve immediately.
