
Buffalo Chicken Nachos Recipe
With tender, precooked Keystone Chicken, these buffalo chicken nachos come together fast — making them perfect for game day, parties, or a quick weeknight snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 bag Corn tortilla chips (10–15 oz.)
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 2–3 Green onions, sliced
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil, if desired.
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add Keystone Chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- On the prepared baking sheet, spread a layer of corn tortilla chips. Top evenly with the chicken mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top with green onions and serve warm.
