
Chicken Fajitas
One can of our recipe ready chicken and you are on your way to the easiest fajita meal south of the border. Add your own style of vegetables to the mix and make it your next family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Chicken
- 1 package Fajita seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 10 7" Flour tortillas
Steps
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add onion and pepper, and stir for 5–7 minutes until pepper is soft and onion is translucent.
- Add Keystone Chicken, water and fajita seasoning mix, bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Serve in tortillas with guacamole, cheese, lettuce, tomato or sour cream.
