Easy Picnic Pitas
This quick and easy summer chicken salad is ready in just 10 minutes thanks to Keystone Chicken. Served in pocket pita bread, it’s the perfect picnic meal that lets you eat with one hand and toss a frisbee with the other.
Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup Salad dressing
- 4 Tbsp. Cole slaw dressing
- 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 4–6 Pitas, cut in half
- Lettuce, for garnish
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Scoop chicken salad into each half of pita bread and garnish with lettuce.
