Guinness Beef & Cheese Dip

A hearty beer makes for a delicious beef and cheese dip! Preparing it in a cast iron pan is satisfying and cuts down on the dishes!


  • 28 oz. can Keystone Beef
  • 1/2 cup Guinness beer
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese,shredded and divided
  • 3 cups Swiss cheese, shredded and divided


  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Sauté the yellow onion in butter in a cast iron skillet until tender (roughly 10 minutes).
  3. Add the cream cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 cups of swiss cheese, half of the Keystone Beef (drained), and Guinness to the cast iron. Stir until well combined.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Enjoy!
