Chicken Stir Fry with Peanut Butter

You’ll love the unique way we infused peanut butter in this easy-to-make Asian stir fry recipe. And because you use fully cooked Keystone Chicken, you’ll have a quick and tasty recipe to whip up any day of the week.


  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Keystone Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (peppers, corn, carrots, broccoli, etc)
  • 1/2 cup Crunchy peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • Fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 2 cups, Cooked rice


  1. In a large skillet, sauté the garlic, Keystone Chicken, and mixed vegetables in the butter. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the orange juice, chili sauce, sriracha, and peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second increments until the mixture is fully combined.
  3. Pour sauce into the pan.
  4. Add red pepper flakes and fresh cilantro to taste.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and enjoy!
