Chicken Stir Fry with Peanut Butter

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Keystone Chicken, drained
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 cups Vegetables, mixed
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter, crunchy
- 4 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Chili sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha
- Cilantro, fresh, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- 2 cups Rice, cooked
Steps
- In a large skillet, sauté the garlic, Keystone Chicken and mixed vegetables in the butter for about 5 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the orange juice, chili sauce, sriracha and peanut butter.
- Microwave in 30-second increments until the mixture is fully combined.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the chicken and vegetables.
- Add red pepper flakes and cilantro to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice.
