Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Beef, drained and shredded
- 2 cans Mild chili beans
- 2 cans Chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 packages Mild chili seasoning
- 1/2 cup Dehydrated onions or 1/2 cup Fresh onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Jarred garlic or 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tsp. Vegetable oil
Steps
- As you open and empty each can, add 1/2 can of water to rinse the contents into the pot.
- If using fresh onion and garlic, heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- Add chili beans, tomatoes, Keystone Beef, dehydrated onion (if using), garlic, and ketchup to the pot. Stir in chili seasoning and 1/2 cup beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
