Turkey Taco Soup

This hearty taco soup gets a tasty turkey twist with tender Keystone Turkey and a rich, savory broth. It's an easy one-pot dinner you can make with pantry staples — perfect for cozy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (28 oz.) Keystone Turkey
  • 1 jar (4 oz.) Keystone Beef Soup Base, mixed in 5 qts. of water
  • 1 Green pepper, diced
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) Corn and black bean salsa
  • 1/2 Yellow onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Creamed corn
  • 1 package (1/2 oz.) Taco seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream

Steps

  1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients except heavy cream. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes, just enough to soften the vegetables.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream right before serving.
  3. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, and guacamole.
